Position: Family Law Attorney
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for a full-time family law attorney. We are looking for someone who is experienced in Jefferson County Family Court, reliable, has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment. We offer competitive pay and benefits. We will consider part-time applicants if their experience level is good.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting pleadings, including motions, petitions, and other forms
- Representing clients in divorce, custody, and child support cases (adoption is a plus)
- Managing clients
- Tracking and meeting deadlines
- Attending Court and mediations
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Juris Doctor
- 5+ years of family law experience (the majority of experience must be in KY
- Legal /family law: 5 years (preferred)
- KY Bar license (Required)
