RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team for a first shift assignment in Coquille, Oregon. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential pharmacy services to patients in an inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies.
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct medication reconciliation and review patient medication regimens.
  • Monitor patient responses to therapies and make appropriate adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide drug information to medical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all pharmaceutical activities.

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Qualifications:

  • Clear and active license in the state of Oregon
  • 2 years experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
  • Acute care hospital setting experiences preferred.
