Position Summary: Eventus Education is seeking a dynamic Head of Schools to oversee the operations of our early childhood programs nationwide. The Head of Schools will ensure that each school within our network maintains the highest standards of educational excellence, safety, and operational efficiency. This role requires a visionary leader who is passionate about early childhood education and has a proven track record of managing multiple educational programs.  Remote program management experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to all early childhood programs within the Eventus Education network.
    • Supervise and support school directors, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to manage their schools effectively.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative culture across all schools, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Ensure all schools adhere to Eventus Education’s standards for curriculum, safety, and operational procedures.
    • Oversee the implementation of educational programs and initiatives, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
    • Monitor school performance through regular evaluations and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Compliance and Regulation:
    • Ensure all schools comply with local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
    • Stay informed about changes in early childhood education laws and regulations and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets for each school, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Oversee the allocation of funds for program development, staff training, and facility improvements.
    • Identify and pursue funding opportunities and partnerships to support the growth and sustainability of the programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, community members, and other stakeholders.
    • Represent Eventus Education at conferences, meetings, and events to promote our mission and programs.
    • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on program achievements and address any concerns.
  • Innovation and Improvement:
    • Stay current with trends and best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into Eventus Education’s programs.
    • Lead initiatives to innovate and enhance the quality of education and care provided at each school.
    • Collaborate with educators, researchers, and industry experts to continuously improve curriculum and teaching methods.
    • Support the growth of the Eventus Education network by leading the licensing application process for new schools and advising the CEO during the due diligence phase of potential school acquisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
  • Documented experience in early childhood education leadership, with at least 5 years in a school-based leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, curriculum development, and the importance of regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel across the United States as needed.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to improving educational opportunities for young children.
