Williams AutoWork is looking for a highly motivated individual who is a team player that has a high level of advisor, technician, or sales experience looking to take the next step into the advisor position. ADP/CDK experience is recommended, but not required. They must greet the guest and perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write up process. You must verify all guest information and get proper authorization before starting any work. You must sell and upsell services by explaining the reason for them and the value to the guest. Keep guests updated on the progress from start to finish. Answer phone calls, make appointments using the CDK appointment systems. This is a busy, multitasking job, with great benefits and compensation. A salary, plus commission, as well as a customer satisfaction bonus is offered. Pay level is based on experience. This is a 48-58 hour a week job that includes some Saturdays. Saturdays are required for this position. We provide a free paid health insurance plan for the employee, and a $35,000 life insurance policy after 90 days. 401k contribution for the employee 50% up to 2% match after a year of employment, we also offer other benefits at an additional cost such as: vision, dental, and other health related coverages after 90 days of employment. You will be expected to give prompt courteous and effective service for each and every guest. Prioritize repairs and services due for each guest. Document declines and follow up with each guest after every visit. Keep guests informed of completion times, total service expense authorizations, possible changes that can occur during any visit. Re-deliver every car to the guest upon completion, and make sure every guest had a pleasant and positive experience. You will need to learn the product and information in order to do your job effectively. We will provide proper training for this job description, but a highly motivated person will be necessary to be successful. Need to be team player and work well with others. Cashiering will be part of the job as well. You will be held to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
