What you will be doing:

  • Work with e-Commerce-Marketing Manager and team to execute a digital and print marketing strategy
  • We use Shopify and Klaviyo to create unique visual assets for email campaigns, websites, sales decks, catalogs, print, and social media.
  • Design or create graphics, such as packaging, displays, or logos, to meet specific commercial or promotional needs.
  • Design, create, and complete design projects on-time
  • Provide quality imagery for website, social media, print, and email usage.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors and colleagues internally and externally.
  • Create and design animated graphics for email, website, and social media
  • Photo retouching as needed
  • Keep current with design trends, technologies, and standards.
  • Coordinate with photographers, printers, artists, freelancers, contractors, and other creative partners to ensure that creative meets brand standards.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience required.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Squarespace; Basic HTML and CSS web design.
  • Photography, video, and web design skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively and positively within tight deadlines as part of a team and independently – with a high degree of self-direction and independence
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines in an environment with quickly shifting priorities
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and individuals
