  • Conducts quarterly/yearly fundamental trainings
  • Cross-training into other departments to improve trainer diversity
  • Conducts Process audits
  • Documentation review
  • Operator review against the document process
  • Report out results
  • Review daily inspections for completion and retrain as required
  • Complete any special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Automotive engine experience required
