Position Description

Support the achievement of company goals

Support IMV Technologies procurement and logistics processes, including:

  • Product for sale/resale
  • Inputs required for company operations (office and warehouse supplies)
  • Evaluating product demand
  • Placing orders to subsidiaries or other vendors
  • Negotiating and reporting pricing to ensure the achievement of margin/profitability goals

Receive incoming documentation and update ERP information, including estimated receiving dates

Request vendor samples and quotations

Research and find suppliers

Support subsidiary/sister companies in their procurement processes within the United States

Prepare documentation needed for shipping product to customers, domestic and international

Manage relationship with main shipping service providers to ensure the timely receipt of product

Tally and report customer backorder value and estimated delivery times

Support customer service activities

Support Spanish speaking customers in their interactions with IMV Technologies, USA, including translating for service or sales, as needed

Other related duties as assigned by management

Participate in Cryo Bio System Quality Management System (QMS)

 

Desired Profile

Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or,

A minimum of one year of experience in supply chain or puchasing

Fluent in Spanish and English

Computer skills including using the Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote)

Specifically strong Excel spreadsheet skills

Experience in the use of ERP software
