We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing final inspections, assisting with in-process inspections, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct final inspections and complete all associated data entry.
  • Assist with in-process inspections for all manufactured parts and assemblies, including prototype inspections and FAIR reporting as assigned by the Quality Manager.
  • Follow work instructions and Quality Manager’s guidelines for in-process inspections.
  • Verify shop order packets, including prints and Bill of Materials, as needed during inspections.
  • Enter data from daily inspections as required.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records, filing them in an organized manner.
  • Assist in analyzing and resolving non-conforming products with production.
  • Participate in internal audits at the assigned facility as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in quality inspection or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of inspection, measuring, and testing equipment.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive starting wage of $20/hr for 1st shift.
  • Additional $2/hr shift differential for 2nd shift.
  • Evaluation hire to assess long-term fit and performance.
