As a leader in our Firm, you will work directly with our Wealth and Tax Advisors helping them maximize tax savings for our clients and gain a greater understanding of their overall financial well-being.

 

We want to meet candidates focused on driving operational excellence in a modern working environment. We are a hybrid firm with a flexible work schedule that allow you to time shift and balance your busy lifestyle. We expect this person to travel to the office in the South Salt Lake Valley 3 to 4 times a week.

 

Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus because we have adopted this rapidly growing and widely accepted operating discipline. You will gain in-depth experience in this and own the role of Practice Administration. This means you are a self-described operational super star with a startup mentality and a willingness to rock the boat and learn. You balance your hunger for growth with the desire to bring order to our fast-growing organization.

 

What you will be doing

  • Working with other executives to develop and implement the strategic plans for the firm.
  • Oversee the firm's recruiting efforts, human resources policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Working with staff in developing their careers through educational opportunities and quarterly performance reviews
  • Fostering a culture of open and direct communication so our team members can easily communicate with each other and leadership.
  • Working with the VP of Operations to build out an HR platform
  • Handle payroll and benefits administration, including processing bi-monthly payroll runs, 401K contributions, and other benefit offerings.
  • Manage and compile the productivity metrics companywide, providing reports to leadership and their direct reports, as needed.
