Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a professional, well organized, and positive team member for our Front Desk Receptionist position. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, so it is essential that you have great customer service skills and a welcoming attitude. The majority of your duties will be in receiving a high volume of telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual as well as receiving various deliveries to the Home Office. At times, you will also be asked to assist other departments in some various clerical duties.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer 400 – 500 calls a day
  • Receive incoming packages from UPS, Federal Express, and USPS
  • Greet and welcome visitors to the Home Office (once the building opens back up fully)
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Perform other clerical duties such as prepping documents and letter stuffing
  • Working from our Home Office Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
