Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
3. Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in communication.
4. Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
5. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve team goals.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and adaptability in a remote work environment.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
6. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to virtual meetings.
7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Note: This position is an independent contractor-based (1099), requiring self-motivation, accountability in managing schedules and tax responsibilities.
