Job Description:

As a Workflow Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of cabinet production for our fast-growing custom cabinetry company. This position requires hands-on involvement in technology implementation, equipment planning and upgrades, process development, and management. You'll collaborate closely with the CEO to align production strategies with organizational goals.


Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience, with manufacturing and leadership experience preferred.

- Proficiency in simple spreadsheet tasks and Excel, with the ability to identify and rectify minor errors efficiently.

- Ability to manage managers across different divisions effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
