Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Client Operations Manager. In this role, you will work directly with our Founder and CEO, Marissa Fetter Hochster, a former Goldman Sachs and Harvard Business School alumna. As a key member of our fast-growing startup, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience and contribute to scaling the business from startup to growth phase. This is a contract role to start with the potential for a full-time salaried position.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success
Serve as a key point of contact for our clients, managing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Spearhead the daily operations of key enterprise accounts, including moderation of our Hylite guest comments system, maintaining employee rosters, gathering client feedback, and creating progress updates for leadership.
Facilitate client onboarding, from system setup to the creation of support resources, ensuring a smooth transition
Develop and update client-facing materials such as signage, communications, and launch resources.
Process Management and Improvement
Develop and implement processes for client A/B testing, data analysis, and operational reporting, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
Optimize operational processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving efficiency at scale.
Ensure excellence in product testing, invoicing, payment processes, and overall service delivery.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to drive efficiency, manage resources, and achieve cross-functional objectives
About You:
2 – 5 years of experience in client-facing role (consulting experience preferred).
Strong analytical background, including advanced Excel skills.
Significant experience using Canva and building presentations.
Proficiency in Google Analytics preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Scrappy and hands-on, you’re ready to dive in and get things done.
Positive attitude with a willingness to exceed assigned responsibilities.
