We are Brand New a holistic Salon on Montana, with great clientele. We are seeking an outstanding Customer Service professional to join our team.
We are looking for somebody who is passionate about customer service, Salon industry,  products knowledge, growing, learning and inspiring others. 
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

◦       Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task

◦       Computer. Experience with Booker

◦       great communication skills, as well as appearance

◦       Reliability and timeliness

◦       You are a team player, who also take initiative and has drive

◦       Cash handling abilities

◦       Hospitality and / or Retail experience

 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 •      Being able to articulate salon brand and mission and services to clients and vendors

•      Scheduling appointments: via phone, online, email and in person.

•      Addressing and finding solutions regarding client concerns

•      Supervising transactions and sales via our online booking software

•      Managing marketing emails to clients

•      Maintaining a clean, peaceful, relaxed salon  atmosphere where all feel welcome

•      Opening and closing the salon

•      Ensuring the timeliness of stylist and appointments

•      Ensuring clients have a positive experience

•       We flexible schedules. Commitment is a must. We are seeking someone who wants to grow with the company. This position requires weekends and evenings.

•      Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $16 and $17 per hour depending on performance
