TS Food Packaging is a growing company looking for individuals eager to grow with us. We are adding a Floor Lead on both first and second shift to monitor the production floor activities to meet daily production goals. The focus is to minimize downtime, coordinate material needs, and complete production paperwork ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

- Oversee start up of rooms and end of day paperwork

- Monitor daily production activities addressing issues that arise including downtime, products and materials

- Oversee staffing and employee issues

- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed and GMP's maintained

- Ability to learn to run machines if necessary on 2nd shift

Experience and Qualifications

Ability to effectively communicate with employees and management

Prior supervisory experience required with ability to create a positive team environment

Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and math proficiency required

Prior experience working in a food manufacturing environment a plus
