We are seeking a skilled Production Floor Lead to oversee the flow of production and ensure the efficient packaging of dry food products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team to meet our high standards and deliver quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Direction: Oversee production lines, guide Machine Operators, and ensure the accuracy of production paperwork.
- Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for personnel issues and production obstacles.
- Liaison Duties: Serve as the bridge between the production floor and the management team, including the Production Manager.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet customer specifications and comply with food safety regulations and GMPs.
- Hands-On Support: Assist on the production floor as needed to ensure daily efficiencies are met.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.
- Experience: Proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing production environment.
- Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively and handle challenges with a professional demeanor.
