Shared Services Idaho is currently seeking multiple Draft Beer Technicians to become an integral part of our team in Northern Idaho.  Draft Beer Technicians are responsible for cleaning beer lines, faucets and tavern heads to ensure each draft account is serving the highest quality beer possible. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call on retail accounts and service draft beer lines
  • Be able to work independently and be reliable 
  • Have great communication skills
  • Be self motivated
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Have good mechanical skills
  • Provide great customer service and maintain good relations with account owners and managers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • No previous experience required but is beneficial
  • Must be 19 and over
  • Able to lift ~50lbs 

Must Have:

  • A reliable vehicle (Mileage reimbursement given at .625 per mile)
  • DL and vehicle insurance
  • Clean driving record

Starting Pay:

  • Training pay is $15/hr
  • Per tap pay starts at $2.15 with performance based per tap increases reaching up to $2.75 per tap 
  • Once training is complete, new hires will switch to per tap pay   
  • Full Time routes consist of 425+ taps cleaned in a biweekly period
  • Part Time routes consist of any tap count below 425 taps

*Job is a M-F position with possibilities of working weekends to make up accounts that were missed during the week.  Weekends can also be used to pick up extra taps to make more money.  Normal work hours range from 6-7am to 1-2pm.
