Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Diamond Game. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support for our lottery electronic and physical ticket dispensers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic checks, maintenance, and repairs on gaming equipment at customer sites.
- Plan, schedule, and perform Preventive Maintenance on machines.
- Act as the first line of support for Tier 1 customer requests.
- Assist Technical Services and Infrastructure team members for basic repair and maintenance.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ year technical/electrical experience or technical degree/certification.
- Qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
