Service BDC will:

Call to confirm/ remind customer's of their next appointment.

Answer incoming calls from customers looking to schedule service appointments/ have questions about warranty's and pricing.

Send out mailers reminding customers of warranty coverage, maintenance, and next appointments.

 

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience
  • Valid Driver's license and own form of transportation available every work day.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
  • Prior experience with Dealertrack, Dealersocket, Xtime or other Dealership systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attendance record.
