Job Overview

The Inside Sales Manager is a key player in our sales department with the primary responsibility of leading our inside sales team towards achieving set targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, monitoring sales metrics, and overseeing the entire sales cycle. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, self-motivated, and has a knack for working with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the inside sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a potential client to securing a deal.
  • Present products to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Maintain frequent contact with clients to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to maintain customer satisfaction and preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and data.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales management tools.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

 

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to professionally represent company products and develop customer relationships daily over the phone.
  • Proficiency in computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
  • Ability to apply verbal and written communication skills to customers in English.
  • Exhibits qualities of trustworthiness, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage and organize own work while remaining a team player.
  • Willingness to participate in additional training related to the job.
  • Ability to perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.
  • Regular, consistent attendance, available to deal with daily issues during normal business hours. Occasional odd or extra hours may be required.
