Job DescriptionJob Description

Foreman leads and manages the physical labor force on a construction site.

Responsible for overseeing construction (Masonry) projects from start to finish, ensuring that the work is completed on time and to the desired quality. Foremen must have:

Excellent communication skills to liaise between workers, management, and clients.

Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage workers, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.

​Extensive knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques, and be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics.

Be trained in safety protocols and regulations (OSHA)

​Experience in construction, education and training in construction management preferred or a related field.

This position generally requires working outdoors and being on their feet for long hours.
