Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance/Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel between our various commercial properties (convenience stores/apartment complex) in Niagara and Northern Erie County and maintain, diagnose and repair their existing equipment/appliances as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Respond to tenant requests for apartment repairs/service
  • Respond to Store Manager/Owner requests for repairs/service at Convenience Stores
  • Evaluate and diagnose equipment/appliance problems
  • Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
  • Repair appliances/equipment or arrange for outside contractor repair if deemed necessary
  • Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
  • Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
  • Oversee outdoor property management at all locations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or Property Management is preferred
  • Valid drivers license
  • Experience diagnosing issues with AC and Refrigeration
  • Excellent communication skills
