Major Responsibilities::

  • Direct construction operations and personnel project management
  • Develop and implement process automation
  • Customer service, and employee recruiting/development

General Description of what the Job Consist of:

Operations:

  • Directing construction operations.
  • Procuring materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Asset optimization.
  • Manage field operations personnel. Co-ordination daily technicians with customer schedules. Audit daily production, develop and implement process automation. Customer interaction and communication.
  • Personnel:
  • Supervise field technicians.
  • Recruiting, employee development and performance.
  • Develop quality improvement strategies
  • . Safety program oversight.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Construction Management Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a keen understanding of a production-based environment focused on motivating individuals.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to gain respect and coach individuals for continual improvement of team results.
  • Must be able to work independently, outstanding attendance, and perform with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent with modern day computer programs, MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.

Education Requirements:

  • Post-secondary, trade-school or equivalent work experience.
