Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to become a part of team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, address concerns, and ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate with external providers.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a mid-sized organization, preferably in the engineering or technical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
