GoFast Solutions is seeking a full-time, in-house creative Graphic Design Specialist to work in-person at our Middletown, CT office.
GoFast Solutions is a wholesale distribution company catering to professional installers of high-performance mobile electronics, motorsport performance and racing parts, truck accessories, window tint and car care products. We prioritize a curated selection of top-tier brands alongside fast turnaround times, ensuring professionals have the right equipment to efficiently serve their customers.
This position will involve working in a team environment to creatively design content for marketing our products / services to new and existing customers across various marketing mediums as well as collaborate with various departments and our contracted marketing firm. Working alongside our technical team and marketing firm to create layout and design ideas for brochures, email blasts, sales packets, and website graphic design for b2b and b2c websites.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Preparation and delivery of e-Blasts using Mailchimp or a similar distribution platform.
• Help develop and implement sales promotion packages/announcements.
• Help maintain and update website customer experience (CX) (liaise with web developers and outside digital marketing firm to provide artwork/graphics if needed) for: web banners, any new web page requirements, info updates, etc.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles to work along-side in-house web developer and outside digital marketing firm to maintain top SEO listing objectives.
• Implement social media marketing initiatives via Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin Tiktok, YouTube, and other avenues using current best practices.
• Create content with marketing team for PPC campaigns and metrics to optimize creative strategies being implemented by marketing firm (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for new projects.
• Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website banners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design projects.
• Experience in logo design and creating visually appealing branding materials.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
• Maintain quality proofreading for all marketing activities.
• Participate in planning meetings to develop new business and effectively go to market.
• Maintain an open forum of communication with staff and management.

• Knowledge of Woocommerce, Bigcommerce, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP a plus.
