Fire Protection Technician:
Installation and Maintenance:
* Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and other fire protection equipment.
* Perform routine inspections and tests to ensure all fire protection systems are functional and comply with relevant codes and standards.
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fire protection systems promptly.
*Ensure all fire protection systems meet local, state, and federal fire codes and regulations.
*Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.
*Prior experience (2
-5 years) in the fire protection / sprinkler industry or a related field is a plus
*Current possession (or willingness to obtain) a NICET level I or II certification in sprinkler and/or other disciplines
*Current possession (or willingness to obtain) a DOT HAZMAT endorsed driver's license
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Clean driving record
*Candidates must be capable of handling on call (after Hours) emergency service work and regular hour emergency service jobs.
*Ability to read and understand blueprints
