Position: Full-Time Commercial Painter

Currently seeking a skilled Commercial Painter to join our team and help us keep our properties looking their best.

Position Overview:
The Commercial Painter will be responsible for performing painting and maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial properties. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in commercial painting, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
  • Painting: Apply paint, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of commercial properties, ensuring even coverage and high-quality results.
  • Color Matching: Mix and match paint colors and finishes to achieve the desired appearance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and ladders.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inspection: Inspect completed work for quality and ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with property managers and other team members to coordinate work and address any issues or special requests.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a commercial painter or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in painting techniques, color matching, and using painting tools and equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Safety: Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to use personal protective equipment.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
