Equipment Yard Laborer

Southland Holdings is seeking resumes for Yard Laborers that are ready to come to work in Burleson, TX. YARD HELPER experience. - SKID, LOADER, EXCAVATOR experience. SOME RIG HELP experience.

Duties:
• Help with day to day operations of Equipment Yard
• Maintain Yard (Mow, Weed eat)
• Load/ Off load heavy equipment and job materials on/ from trucks
• Maintain inventory/ organization of yard materials & equipment
• Pick up parts from local vendors/ deliver parts to job sites when needed
• Assist other employees when needed in their day-to-day task

Requirements:
• Operate hand tool and small machinery (Tractor w/ deck mower, weed eater)
• Reliable transportation
• Must follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Ability to lift 0 to 50 pounds occasionally for hand work.
• Must be physically capable of navigating rugged terrain for purpose of performing duties outlined above.
• Must work in all weather conditions and be prepared for both extreme heat and cold
• Must be able to work independently and maintain a schedule of work as well as be punctual.
• Must be available to work overtime.
• Ability to stand, squat, stoop, bend, lift for extended periods of time.
• Post offer drug screen required.
• Clean driving record

Desired Qualifications:
• Welding certification is a PLUS.
• OSHA safety training and a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
