What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for sales, management, production personnel, and customers.
  • Customer Focus: Understand and respond to customer needs, identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Problem Solving: Gather necessary information to ensure high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
  • Material Management: Order materials and meticulously plan each production stage.
  • Job Tracking: Initiate job tickets, track progress through production, and communicate updates to relevant parties.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all jobs and customer interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly client calls and daily production meetings.
  • Additional Duties: Handle other responsibilities as assigned by the Department Manager.
What You’ll Need:
  • Educational Background: BS/BA preferred, or 5+ years in a Project Manager role within a manufacturing operation.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a project coordinator, planner, project manager, or related role, with a proven ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
  • Skills: Strong organizational development, personnel management, resource development, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a dynamic leadership team.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to multitask in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, while driving toward clarity and solutions.
  • Practical Solutions: Experience in creating and executing effective solutions in a manufacturing setting.
