Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time temporary Intern as a partner to contribute to our company goals and customer’s needs. The internship is available from May to August in the marketing department. There is high potential for transition to a full-time position.


Essential Functions

  • Communicate with internal teams to manage marketing and other teams’ promotion material needs and logistics.
  • Support and coordinate related logistics related to trade shows/events/workshops; connect with different vendors and carriers to assure the events run smoothly.
  • Assist in trade show related marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web).
  • Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative leads/data from marketing campaigns and track leads conversion.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks such as handling invoices and submitting external partners payment requests to internal team to process.
  • Help design and distribute marketing materials.


Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

  • Junior or senior pursuing their master’s degree from an accredited college or university.


Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • Prior biosciences industry experience.
  • Graphic design/photoshop experience.
  • Event planning experience.
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices


Knowledge, skills, and Abilities

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization and project management.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prefer to be fluent in Mandarin.


Location: Boston, MA - hybrid (based on business needs)
