Shipping Loaders/General Laborers Job Description

 

·         Competitive pay range of $16.00

·         Monday – Friday 5am- Completion

·         Weekly Pay

·         Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k available

 

Position Overview: We are looking for dedicated Shipping Loaders/General Laborers to join our team. This role involves physical labor in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including lifting, stacking, and transporting products. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, have basic skills in reading and math, and exhibit a positive attitude.

Your New Role:

·         Stand, lift, push, pull, and carry products throughout the entire shift.

·         Lift up to 85 lbs. and stack rolls up to 7 feet high in trailers.

·         Work efficiently in a hot, fast-paced environment.

·         Utilize basic reading and math skills for task execution.

·         Ensure reliable personal transportation; must not rely on others for commuting.

·         Communicate clearly and effectively in English with team members and supervisors.

·         Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve.

 

What you will need:

·         Ability to handle strenuous tasks and lift heavy objects consistently.

·         Comfortable working in a high-temperature, fast-moving setting.

·         Proficient in basic reading and math.

·         Must have dependable transportation to and from work.

·         Strong verbal communication skills in English.

·         Eagerness to learn and grow within the role

 

Preferred Attributes:

·         Previous experience in shipping or general labor roles.

·         Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
