We are seeking a Removal Defense Immigration Attorney to become a part of our team You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and make EOIR Court appearances as well as Asylum Office appearances.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court in master and merits asylum hearings before the Sacramento, Concord, and San Francisco EOIR courts.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Prepare other USCIS forms as necessary such as U-Visa's, marriage petitions, etc.

​​Qualifications:

  • Previous immigration removal defense experience, specifically conducting merits hearings in EOIR courts
  • Bar license
  • Familiarity with various legal documents 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
