We provide custom preventive maintenance plans, quick and reliable repairs, top-notch installations, and innovative capital projects. If you're an experienced HVAC/R professional looking to grow with a company that values your skills and offers career growth, we want you on our team.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair of HVAC/R systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems using observation, testing, and setup.
  • Disassemble and reassemble commercial HVAC/R equipment to carry out troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment for servicing HVAC/R systems.
  • Maintain inventory stock on your service vehicle and ensure it is well-organized and ready for daily operations.
  • Complete electronic documentation of service tasks, including materials used and labor hours.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining service charges and work performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reconcile work order documents, vendor packing slips, and weekly timesheets for supervisor review.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in commercial HVAC.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Valid EPA Card and state registrations; A or B HVAC license is a plus.
  • Skills: Read and follow construction plans; use gauges, meters, and various tools.
  • Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Communication: Good communication skills for interacting with team and customers.
  • Work History: Stable history showing responsibility and growth.
  • Safety: Safely operate a commercial vehicle and follow safety guidelines.
