Calling all experienced construction professionals Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for quality craftsmanship? We're looking for a talented Superintendent to join our team and oversee daily operations at a dynamic construction site in West Palm Beach, FL.

In this rewarding role, you'll wear many hats and play a vital role in ensuring project success. You'll lead your crew, manage the budget and schedule, and collaborate with various stakeholders to bring the project to life.

Must Have requirements for this position:

  • Must have experience with Government Ground Up Projects.
  • Must have experience with Commercial Ground Up Projects.
  • Must have recent work experience in FL.
  • You're a seasoned pro A minimum of 10-20 years of construction experience, with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale commercial ground-up projects, is essential.
  • Blueprints & Specs are your best friends The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is a must-have.
  • Communication is key You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and other specialists, so excellent communication skills are crucial.
  • Tech-savvy? That's a plus Knowledge of Procore Construction Program Software is a big advantage.
