About Us:

Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee projects from ground-up construction
through to owner turnover.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in
managing all phases of construction. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing all trades
from civil utilities through to rooftop and will be involved in every aspect of the project,
ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time,
within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
* Manage and coordinate all trades, from civil utilities to roofing, ensuring seamless
workflow and adherence to project timelines.
* Lead project kick-offs, oversee ground-up construction, and manage close-out
procedures, ensuring smooth transitions to owner turnover.
* Monitor daily construction activities, resolve on-site issues, and implement corrective
actions as necessary.
* Enforce safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to maintain
project momentum and compliance with specifications.
* Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and change
orders.
* Provide strong leadership and direction to the construction team, fostering a collaborative
and efficient work environment.


Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on
ground-up construction.
* Extensive knowledge of all trades involved in construction, from civil utilities to rooftop
systems.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and resolve issues on
the fly.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion.

* Proficient in construction management software and familiar with project scheduling
tools.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
