Material Handler - Fletcher - 1st Shift - $18.00/hr.

PrideStaff is recruiting for an Material Handler for a medical equipment provider located in Fletcher. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to work for world leading company. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Distribute items for all outgoing shipments to FSRs and customers.
  • Communicate and track inventory updates to FSR and Site Managers
  • Maintain shipping/handling processes for all equipment, parts and consumables. 
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and appropriate stock.
  • Monitor and evaluate inventory for all parts and consumables following company procedure.
  • Assist with inventory control systems, identify items, data entry, provide reports and updates.
  • Fills Purchase Requisition of spare parts and consumables as needed. 
  • Stock shelves following communication of receipt to Site Manager and SAP verification. 
  • Assist Manager to develop policies and procedures for inventory, warehouse and shipping/handling.
  • Communicate with shipping companies and resolve shipment issues. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • General Knowledge of warehouse, shipping/handling, scheduling, processing/tracking orders.
  • Ability to efficiently package and prepare domestic and international shipments. 
  • Follow and deliver written and verbal instructions in-person and on phone.  
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and similar software.
  • Must be able to operate Forklift
