Assistant General Manager

Village Bowl & Social is looking for a dynamic Assistant General Manager who can contribute to various aspects of their operations, from Bowling and Events to Food & Beverage.
Key Qualifications and Skills Needed:
1. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring a positive work environment and excellent guest experiences.
2. Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
3. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Hospitality Industry Experience: Background in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred, indicating familiarity with customer service standards, POS systems, and operational best practices.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the business needs.
Responsibilities:
· Guest and Team Experience: Ensure guests and team members have a positive experience at Village Bowl.
· Training: Train employees on POS systems, customer service standards, and other operational procedures to maintain high-quality service.
