FOR Energy, a trusted local company serving homeowners since 2010 (4.8 out of 5 star rating), is seeking a driven Canvassing Manager to champion our exclusive utility company rebate program for home energy efficiency. In this results-oriented role, you'll guide and motivate a team of Canvassers to connect with residents, promote our program, and drive significant program enrollment.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and leading a high-performing Canvassing team: Recruit, train, and coach your team to excel in customer interaction, appointment setting, and exceeding program goals.
  • Motivating and inspiring your team: Foster a positive, competitive, and results-driven work environment.
  • Strategic planning and execution: Develop effective canvassing strategies, track team performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Building strong relationships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Marketing and Sales to ensure program success.
