Key Responsibilities:

  1. Travel Planning and Booking:

    • Coordinate and book travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation).
    • Research and secure the best travel options while considering time zones and work schedules.
    • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.

  2. Expense Management:

    • Monitor travel expenses and reconcile them accurately.

  3. Communication and Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients regarding travel inquiries and support.
    • Communicate travel itineraries, updates, and changes effectively.

  4. Travel Documentation and Compliance:

    • Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents (visas, passports) and ensure they are up to date.
