Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for our client dealer network on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our electric tractor line.
- Provide technical support and assistance to dealers and clients, addressing any issues or concerns related to alternative driveline systems.
- Collaborate with our engineering and support teams to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of our electric tractors.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance technical proficiency among stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in alternative driveline technologies, incorporating best practices into our product offerings and support strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior experience or strong interest in electric vehicles and alternative driveline systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the American Continent, including visits to ports and logistic distribution centers.
- Strong organizational skills and mindfulness to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
