Location: Lewisburg, TN
Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am
Pay: $30-$35/hour
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, three-phase motors, PLCs (Allen Bradley), robotics (Yaskawa), and welding. This role requires a proven track record of leading maintenance teams, troubleshooting complex systems, and performing preventive maintenance (PMs) to ensure optimal operation of manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
- Perform and oversee maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and longevity.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues.
- Train and mentor maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, PM schedules, and equipment logs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technologies and practices.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and three-phase motors.
- Proficiency with PLCs (Allen Bradley) and Robotics (Yaskawa).
- Experience with welding and fabrication.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
