- Assist with the preparation of entry summaries and other required documentation for customs clearance.
- Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing and storage of documents in paperless environment.
- Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint for efficient document management and communication.
- Collaborate with the brokerage and freight forwarding teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- ISF filing
- Prepare basic customs entry
- Experience in customs brokerage and freight forwarding preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in paperless environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive hourly rate of $18-$20.
- Full benefits package including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
