Basu Aesthetics + Plastic Surgery is seeking a highly motivated, experienced licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. This role will require time in both our Uptown Park/Galleria location and Towne Lake, Cypress aesthetics center.  


Full Job Description

  • Obtain client health history through the use of client intake forms, assessing problems and conditions and consulting with clients about recommended treatments
  • Record detailed notes for all clients including contraindications, allergies, medications, formulations, and treatment preferences
  • Participate in sales and marketing events both inside and outside the practice.
  • Stay up to date with training and education on skincare and spa lines while proactively promoting products to clients
  • Dedication to staying up to date on current licensing changes and abide by all rules and regulations associated with licensure

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Provide clients with exceptional customer service

· Perform various noninvasive cosmetic/aesthetic procedures including:

  • Laser Hair Removal
  • Chemical Peels
  • Microdermabrasion
  • Skin Rejuvenation
  • Non-invasive body contouring; Coolsculpting, EmSculpt
  • IPL Photo Facial
  • Skin Pen
  • Hydrafacials

Requirements:

Minimal Experience:

  • Laser Hair Removal treatment: 2 years (Required)
  • Esthetician: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Laser Hair Removal License valid in the State of Texas (Required)
  • Esthetician License valid in the State of Texas (Required)
