Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager HVAC to become an integral part of our team You will coordinate and oversee the HVAC divisions, construction projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and play, a critical role in coordinating and managing HVAC construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  •  Assist in the coordination and management of construction, projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project manager, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Review and analyze project plans contracts, and specifications.
  • Track project progress with a log and provide regular updates
  • Assembling and organizing job folders with project documentation.
  • Understand materials necessary to preform the work.
  • Attend job site walk-throughs.
  • Scheduling site deliveries and building system shut-downs.
  • Collecting timesheets for payroll.
  • Preparing project close-out documents.
  • Attend in- house and jobsite progress meetings
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment..
