We are looking for career professionals with Class A & Class B CDL drivers to run our vacuum trucks and bobtail trucks locally.
Vacuum truck experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Company vehicles to residential homes to pump septic tanks. OR
  • Drive Company Vehicles to Customer's storage facility to pump storage tanks.
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
  • Plan routes and meet Work schedules
  • Document and log work and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations) as well as with company policies and procedures
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
  • Collect and verify Daily work instructions
  • Report defects, accidents, or violations

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a truck driver
  • Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, smartphone)
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
  • No recent moving or driving violations
  • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
  • Class A Or Class B (CDL) license and a tanker endorsement.
  • The ability to safely lift 50lb – 125lb including Pump hoses, manhole covers typically found on septic tanks, Holding tanks grease traps
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to learn multiple facets of the sewer industry including tank pumping, equipment maintenance.
  • Work in all weather conditions.

Monday through Friday work with occasional weekends. Shifts will vary, based on the needs of our customers. Our drivers get to go home every night.
