Job Overview

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Driver. This role involves driving locally with a focus on shuttling operations.

Our drivers enjoy competitive compensation, with the potential to earn over $1280 weekly. Here are some key benefits:

  • Weekly pay schedule
  • Hourly wage: $29.00
  • Shift differential: $3.00 per hour
  • Loyalty bonus of $3500
  • Consistent work hours: 40 or more per week
  • Comprehensive paid training
  • Standard schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
  • Overtime required
  • Typical start time: 1:45 PM

As a driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering freight locally, with daily home time
  • Operating a Day Cab tractor with a 53' Dry Van trailer
  • Handling no-touch freight, primarily yard switching

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance and ensure our drivers have access to fuel at numerous maintenance facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Successful completion of a drug test
  • Background and motor vehicle checks are mandatory
  • DOT physical examination required
  • Passing a road test is essential
  • Valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements
  • Minimum experience requirements: 9 months in the last 3 years, 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years
  • Ability to follow instructions and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Adhering to federal and state regulations
  • Identifying and mitigating safety hazards
  • Maintaining accurate logs and records
  • Loading and unloading freight as required
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
