Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Graphic Designer preferably with print shop experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, coupled with hands-on experience in print production processes. This role involves setting up files for print and efficiently operating digital presses to ensure high-quality output. Fun working environment with Healthcare dental and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize graphic design software, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and banners.
  • Prepare files for print production, ensuring proper setup and adherence to print specifications.
  • Operate digital presses and other print equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
  • Monitor print jobs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with printing equipment and software as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper care of equipment and materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and manage print projects effectively.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the print shop.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing print design work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience operating digital presses and other print production equipment.
  • Solid understanding of print production processes and requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Prior experience in a print shop or similar environment is preferred.
