Office-Marketing Admin - Executive Assistant - Animal Husbandry Position Available June 15th or sooner maybe 

One by One Foundation -www.onebyonefoundation.org - is located in Meridian Idaho on our serene and “park like” 10 acres - our Slogan is Healing Hearts, Minds, and Spirits.  

We are a 17 year old, small, dynamic, professional, and big time “family oriented” organization providing loving and therapeutic animals (miniature pigs, goats, and donkeys plus sheep and some rabbits) for their healing - for individuals, non-profits, and organizations in Idaho. 

We are hiring and want someone who has a “self employed” intellect who has some experience and someone who has a passion for helping others, loves animals, and thrives on  variety and hard work each day  Our mission is:

  • Healing Hearts here in Idaho - with the loving nature of animals, 
  • Healing Minds - as we help orphans in Ghana, West Africa with education, and
  • Healing Spirits - with prayer, meditation and yoga, and 
  • Feed the Valley Project - growing thousands of pounds of veggies for the food banks and rescue mission in Boise Valley.

Skills and Experience Required and Wanted:

Animal Husbandry - experience would be nice around boats donkeys etc. but for sure desire to learn and need a love of all types and sizes of critters :)

Office Administration Skills - to maintain, organize, and implement ALL responsibilities within a small office - from board minutes, emails, information to accountants, scheduling volunteers, to sweeping the floor in a small office, etc.   Some experience required. 

Marketing - Events - Sales - help CEO and founder with annual golf event, monthly data base e-flyer email, getting volunteers, helping raise money, do marketing flyers, meet and greet clients and volunteers and coordinate.

Executive Assistant - we have a small staff of 5 and Founder is actively involved so position requires supporting him in marketing and supporting our GM in animal and garden-farm operations. 

Animal Husbandry - someone as stated that loves all kinds of “critters” with some experience (doesn’t need to be ton) but a desire to learn about caring for even training some - goats, pigs, sheep, donkeys, rabbits :), etc. 

Compensation -  $4000 per month salary to start, 2 weeks vacation in winter preferably.  

Work Hours - 45 hours per week - standard 8 to 5 but weekends will be needed for events but time taken off during week appropriately to balance family and biz - somewhat flexible.  Need to want to answer emails and phone calls appropriately before 8 and after 5 (this the “self employed” attitude and approach we want and need) - we will not work ya 60 hours per week :)
