Insurance Defense Attorney

We are looking to fill roles for multiple Insurance Defense Attorneys for clients in the Walnut Creek area(In-Office) as well as general California area (remote opportunities). Our clients all provide incredible environments aimed at providing the employee the best work/life balance. Responsibilities:
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials
- Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences
- Routine communications with clients
- Cultivate relationships with the firm’s existing and future clients
Required Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA approved school
- 1+ Year experience in Insurance Defense ideal
- NEWLY LICENSED ATTORNEYS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
- Must be licensed in California
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial
- Experience with time management systems
- Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
- Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- CONSTRUCTION DEFECT, PRODUCT LIABILITY HIGHLY DESIRED
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
