Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Opportunity:∙ Job Title: Welder/Fabricator∙ Pay: $21.00/Hour∙ Location: Andover, MN∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm – Overtime Required Daily Functions:
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel materials.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
 Desired Qualifications:
  • Stainless & Carbon Steel Welding.
  • Ability to read and accurately use measuring tools including tape measure, caliper, micrometer in both imperial (inch) and metric units.
  • Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind, or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
  • Stainless Steel (25%), Carbon Steel (55%), and small amounts of Aluminum (20%).
  • Sheet metal 7-18GA, and straightening.
  • Operate power grinders/tools, drill press, and other miscellaneous hand tools.
  1. Ability to give/take work instruction and communicate effectively with others.
 Physical Requirements:
  1. Lifting up to 50lbs.
  2. Standing for long durations of time.
  3. Use hands tools and grinders.
  4. Conform to all safety procedures and policy.
